Frequently asked questions

How do I create a listing?
Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen. Add photos, write a title and description, set your price and category, then tap Publish. Your listing goes live immediately after passing a quick content review.
How do I contact a seller?
Open any listing and use the contact buttons on the seller card — WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, or phone call. You can also send an in-app message directly through MUXTI without sharing your personal number.
What is Boost and how does Featured placement work?
Boost moves your listing higher in search results and the main feed for a set number of days. Three plans are available:

Quick Boost – 3 days  ·  earns 2 Featured Points
Smart Boost – 7 days  ·  earns 3 Featured Points
Max Boost – 14 days  ·  earns 6 Featured Points

How Featured works
Once your listing has accumulated at least 6 Featured Points across a minimum of 2 separate boosts, it automatically qualifies for a Featured slot — no extra payment needed. Featured listings appear in the Featured carousel at the very top of every user's home feed, giving them maximum visibility above all other listings.

The Featured queue
The carousel holds a maximum of 10 listings at a time. If all 10 slots are occupied when your listing qualifies, it is placed in a waiting queue in the order it qualified (first in, first out). You can see your current position in the queue on your listing's detail screen. Slots are automatically checked and filled roughly every 15 minutes, so you'll move up as soon as space opens.

Slot duration & cooldown
Each Featured slot lasts 7 days. Once your slot expires, a 30-day cooldown applies before your listing can qualify again. You'll receive an in-app notification the moment your listing goes live in the carousel.

How do I earn a Verified badge?
Verification is earned automatically when you meet all five criteria: confirmed email, confirmed phone number, account older than 30 days, at least 5 lifetime listings published, and at least 3 completed sales. You can track your progress from your Profile screen.
How do I report a suspicious listing?
Open the listing and scroll to the bottom of the seller card — tap Report this listing, choose a reason, and optionally add a note. Listings reported by 3 or more users are automatically removed from the feed and reviewed by our team.
How do I block another user?
Open a message thread with the user and tap the menu in the top-right corner. Select Block user. Blocked users cannot contact you and their listings will not appear in your feed.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, all listings, messages, and associated data in accordance with GDPR. This action cannot be undone. You can also email us and we will process the deletion within 72 hours.
My listing was rejected — what do I do?
Rejected listings display a reason on your Profile screen. Edit the listing to address the issue and resubmit — it will go through review again automatically. If you believe the rejection was an error, contact us at the address below with your listing details and we'll review it manually.
Is MUXTI available on Android?
MUXTI is currently available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). An Android version is in development. Check back soon for updates.
How do wallet top-ups work?
You can top up your MUXTI Wallet from the Payment screen using a credit or debit card. Wallet funds are used to pay for Boost plans. Funds never expire and are non-refundable once used on a boost.
